Fallbrook High Newspaper Finally Publishes Censored Articles

Below please read a letter sent today to the Editorial Board of The Tomahawk newspaper at Fallbrook High, in response to the paper's "Special Edition" published March 25, 2009. Neither the ACLU nor the law firm of Bostwick & Jassy was contacted to discuss the matter, and the Edition presented only statements from the District.

The ACLU was disappointed that the Special Edition contained many factual errors, based on statements by the District, which remain to be litigated.

Attorneys for the ACLU and Bostwick & Jassy wrote the Letter to the Editor to set the record straight.
